| Who Killed JFK

I don't watch too much TV, especially lately, but I have watched the latest History Channel documentary "JFK: 3 Shots That Changed America" where they start with and deeply investigate JFK assassination. One thing about (sometimes good sometimes bad) these channels is the repetition of the programs which provided the opportunity to see certain parts of the long and very well done documentary multiple times.

This particular one was a very well done documentary with almost nothing but live shots from the actual days and years of the incidents. Knowing some things about the incidents that are covered in this show, it still taught me many things and gave me a whole new perspective on things after seeing what "actually" happened with live footage back then.

This was not a simple assassination. Oswalt might not even been the person at guilt. There was a huge cover up by the government which almost leads me to believe that there is some kind of involvement by them. Watching how the police and other officials handled the situation and what they actually "said" during those live footage leaves no doubt in my mind that there is many things that weren't found out because of Oswalt's murder, but they were intentionally hidden by certain people with government involvement. "Government" is a big fish... It wouldn't be fair to blame all of its parts but some people with some connections were behind this. It was clear.

What was amazing was that while this was so clear and so obvious, nobody couldn't do anything about it! R.I.P. JFK and MLK, you are missed and wish you lived long enough to leave the world as much better place to live.

I don't know about you but I hated the tamper-resistance packaging that became very popular in the last decade with so much passion that I was taking my anger out of them. Of course those good moments often ended with cuts, damages or just basic emotional discomfort. I know it's 'just a package' but once you hate something, you can't help it, right?

Well, just recently (a.k.a. today) I bought Logitech ClearChat Stereo which is a PC headset with rotating microphone. It is too early to talk about the functionality quality of the product but I will update this post once I feel I have used it enough. So far, initial reaction is positive, however. I have never been fooled or disappointed by Logitech so yes, it might turn out to be a low performer but for the price ($17.88+tax @Walmart) I am sure it will do just fine.

My actual point I wanted to make is the packaging of the product. Another tamper-resistant one but with a very nice and easy method to open it. It has a little section on the lower corner that you can use to basically rip the entire back section away from the packaging body. Because it is actually made to be ripped away from the packaging, there is no mess, no extra power to use, or tools needed. Such a lovely design and so easy. I started using my new toy with such good mood.

Little things can brighten up our days so easily...

| Why So Focused On Calories?

I don't understand one thing. We are getting so obsessed with eating low calorie food that we are not even eating tasteful food anymore. Not that all of these campaigns are stopping the calorie giants from selling their yummy food but the paranoia is a little ridiculous. We don't just eat a Big Mac and sit without a single movement all day. We also burn a lot of calories during our daily activities. So, for a normal person excluding the over-doers of course, there is no need to worry about calories. It's very important to enjoy our food and to do that we need to eat tasty food. Unfortunately, most of tasty food has a lot of calories and it is okay! Just eat it! Just make sure you move during the day.

Examples of amount of calories burnt during daily natural activities: (click here to see more)

Activity (1 hour)                                                 130lbs  155lbs  190lbs
Walk/run-playing with child(ren)-moderate     236        281     345
Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace, walking dog    207        246     302
Walking, upstairs                                                  472        563     690
Cleaning, house, general                                   207        246     302
TOTAL                                                                   1122      1336   1639

As you can see, you can easily have a Big Mac menu a day and most likely you will be just fine! :) Everything is good and harmless as long as done in moderation!

here is my motivation for this post: http://reflectionof.me/fast-food-calories-per-dollar-0

| Not Sure About iPhone Classifications!

I was looking at my App Store the other day and under categories I saw a gun picture next to "Entertainment" group. Makes me think, Apple is so strict sometimes on social values when evaluating the applications but yet they are portraying guns as a tool of entertainment. Isn't that ironic?

| What Happened to freecreditreport.com Commercials?

Is it just me or the newer tv commercials of freecreditreport.com are getting more and more terrible? I really liked some of their commercials like the seafood restaurant and the girlfriend's parents house but then they came up with the roller-coaster one and then the cellphone one and, ugh, terrible. I am sorry guys but you took a wrong turn somewhere and hope you can get back up!!

here's one of my favorites:
